Here at Pole Crush we use Royal Mail Signed For 1^st Class for our customers based in the UK.  For our overseas customers we use Royal Mail International Standard.  

Delivery costs are calculated on the size and weight of the parcel.

Please ensure your delivery address information is correct before submitting your order.  If incorrect details are given and mail is returned, you will be invoiced for the reshipment fee.

We aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days.

Delivery times for the UK are normally next working day, Europe 3-5 working days and the rest of the world in 5-7 working days.

Please note for overseas customers, that Customs Duty may be payable on your order and this is the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that all items are returned in “as new condition”.

Returns Instructions:

1. Ensure that all items are returned in an “as new” condition in their original packaging

2.  Fill in the return(s) information contained in your package

3.  Send both the item(s) you wish to return and this document to us at: Pole Crush, 29 Chatsworth Terrace, Earlsheaton, Dewsbury. West Yorkshire. UK. WF12 8BH

4.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.  The customer is responsible for postage costs of returning the item(s).  We recommend that you get proof of posting, which will enable us to action your refund or replacement should the returned goods be lost in the post.
